From the outside looking in, you wouldn't think much about going to this place BUTTTTTT lookie-here, their food is delicious. Me and my friends truly enjoyed it! That hot water cornbread sealed the deal! Definitely a hidden gem!

Fantastic food with a comfortable setting to dine in. Tori serves some of the best gumbo and soul food in the state. The catfish is cooked with excellent flavor and the corn bread is delicious. There is a good sized area to eat, with a couple large tables for groups. Try the banana pudding for dessert, it's awesome!

The owner , the daughter and the FOOD AMAZING 🤩!! Red snapper, catfish, prawns 🍤, hot water cornbread, greens , yams , Mac and cheese!! EVERYTHING PHENOMENAL… The owner was the only cook .. PURE LOVE FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT.. Food was so good 😊, didn’t take a picture. Will get you a picture later . Lol 😂… COME HERE ASAP..

The breaded catfish was delicious. It was cooked after we ordered so we had to wait a little bit. Riblets were good. A little spicy to me but not to my daughter. She ate those real fast! There was a steady stream of customers but everyone was taking the orders to go. We took ours too.

Tory’s place is Sacramento’s best kept secret. Their fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy and well cooked on the inside. Their gumbo is unbelievable along with her corn cake. You will always find a line even when you call. Their Arnold Palmer drink is plentiful and delicious. Did I mention their sides like greens, Mac cheese, or yam? Tasty. Go and enjoy

Had to try it, and it didn't disappoint. I wanted to try everything on the menu. Portions were plentiful. Well worth the prices. I'm definitely going back. I would highly recommend it.

Tori a sister at the front of the house was amazing. The food was unfortunately not the best. The sides were horrible… yams/sweet potatoes were watered down and the consistency of soup no flavor. Mac and cheese only hade cheese on top and was not good at all and bland. The greens watered and no seasoning and wasn’t completely done. The peace cobbler was not the definition of a peach cobbler. The fried fish was okay. Gumbo was the best part. Cornbread was good. Definitely have to do better at the sides because it made our experience horrible.

Tried this place at a friends request in my opinion is truly like going to someones home for a meal great place it you’re in a hurry working in the area college or high school crowd but it’s an overrated restaurant in need of much physical updating but this is my opinion try it for yourself Will
